Job Summary:
The Quick Lane Advisor at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln is a crucial role for our company as it serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers. As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling automotive services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that offers a base salary plus commission in the thriving auto industry. The job is located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota and is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customers' concerns and determine their automotive service needs
- Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for services and repairs
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service schedule
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process and keep them updated on any changes or delays
- Promote and sell automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient and timely service for customers
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products and services
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
